The person named on the About page operates this website.

2. What you are looking at

The site presents Dio Surbakti, a one-person practice working in independent architectural photography: finished buildings, unoccupied interiors, materials and details, and construction records, delivered as edited files with a written licence. Its text, illustrations and descriptions are there to inform. None of it is an offer, a booking or a contract.

3. Pictures and descriptions

Where this site uses illustrations, they represent the type of work we do and are not photographs of specific items we hold in stock. Availability, specification and price change, and are confirmed only when we quote them to you in writing.

4. Sending a message

Writing to us opens an enquiry; it does not reserve, book or buy anything, and no payment passes through this site. Whatever is agreed later is agreed in writing.

5. Copyright

The site's text, design and illustrations belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Commercial reproduction needs our written permission.

6. Accuracy and liability

We keep this site as accurate as we can and correct errors when we find them. Nothing here limits the statutory rights of a consumer.
